When Setbacks Happen...

Hello beautiful souls!

I hope you are having a wonderful week! Today starts a new season! It is the vernal equinox so for those in the northern hemisphere it is Spring and with spring brings lots of new changes and are we ever in a time of change with everything going on!

Today Archangel Zadkiel as well Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael are stepping forward for us as they stepped forward for us for the energy of the week which you can listen to when you click here

They stepped forward for us this week to remind us that change is happening and it is important for us to change how we do things in our daily lives and now that it is Spring, it is a great time for us to do that.

However, what do we do when setbacks happen like with the global pandemic that we are going through currently? How do we deal with this?

I have been asked by clients and others how they can change things and adjust when they were ready to really move forward in their purpose and their goals but because they did not anticipate this, how are they supposed to work or do other daily things now that all that is going on has changed how we work and study and go about our daily lives?

It is about changing our mindset. Right now there are so many fears going around that is keeping many people paralyzed and stuck even after last year they learned what it is that needed to strive for in their goals and found out what their purpose was.

Many of these fears may not necessarily be yours but you may be feeling into the world’s fears especially if you are an empath which may look like it is yours, but because of all the information coming about from the news and social media and because it is all around us, it is easy for us to feel into those fears and keep us from doing those things that we are needing to do.

I know personally because I am also an empath, that I have been feeling into these fears as well which has paralyzed me for a time, but I know that after doing some digging, journaling and working with the Angels that it has partly to do with all that is going around us.

So what can you do? What can you do during this time when the world is pretty much on lockdown and the economy has slowed down?

You move forward!

I had mentioned at the end of last year and at the beginning of this year that this year is going to be an amazing year whee we are asked to step out of our comfort zones and move forward into our purpose and achieve those goals that we are meant to achieve.

So what is stopping you?

Even though the world may be in lockdown and lots of things have closed doesn’t mean that we are not meant to do things in a new way.

If you were working at a job, can you work from home? If you have a business can you add other services that you can do from home?

When it comes to schools, can you do your schoolwork from home? Virtual learning, homeschooling etc?

How about when it comes to self-care? How can you change it up so that you can still get in your self-care?

Yes all of these things you can do differently. It is about changing out mindset and when we change our mindset to the positive and move out of lack and victim mode, we can reclaim our power, we can take our power back.

We are still meant to do great things. We are still meant to move forward in our purpose and achieve our goals and it may look differently but it does not have to stop you from doing those things you are meant to do.

Last week, I had to change how I do things when we were told that my 3 boys would have to stay at home for at least 4 weeks because our schools here wanted to take precautions. This made me have to change a lot of how I do things. I had to figure out how I would get my self-care in which consists of me going outside to exercise in my neighborhood while listening to music or have books read to me through my phone and headphones. I had to figure out how I would work which now consists of me working while my boys are doing virtual learning from their school which started yesterday as well as taking on clients after they go to bed. Also because my boys are home all day, being flexible enough so that when they need help with their homework, or reading or need anything else, that I am available for them.

This week’s energy was also about raising your vibration and when we are able to change our mindset to one that is positive and keeping focus on moving forward, we are able to raise our vibration, we are able to keep moving, keep growing and transforming and continue to live the life that we are meant to live.

So how are you making the most out of this so called “setback?” How are you rising to the occasion? How are you raising your vibration during a time of uncertainty and we do not know what is going to happen next?

What can you do to keep moving forward? What can you do to live the life that you are meant to live even though the world looks different?

You can do this beautiful souls! You can rise above the challenges that we are being thrown our way. You are meant to live a life that is full of love and happiness and that means doing those things you are passionate about and doing those things using your gifts and abilities to go ahead with your purpose. So what does that look like?
