🌿 Compassionate Light Healing Booking Policy We’re honored to support your emotional wellness journey. To ensure a nurturing and respectful experience for both of us, please review the following booking policies: 🗓 Booking All services require advance booking through our online scheduler. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. You will receive a confirmation email and reminder before your appointment. ⏳ Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or missed appointments will not be refunded or rescheduled, except in emergency situations. If you're running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time. 💳 Payment All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking via our secure payment system. Services are non-refundable once booked unless canceled 24+ hours in advance. 🤍 Group Programs & Workshops For group sessions and programs (like The Heart Room and The Compassionate Light Haven), space is limited. Please honor your commitment. Refunds or transfers are not available for missed sessions unless otherwise stated in the program details.
